A Starting Block Analyzer is a tool used in sprint training. It is attached to the starting blocks that sprinters use at the beginning of a race. The analyzer collects data when the athlete starts running. This data includes reaction time, pressure applied by the feet, angle of leg movement, and more. It works using sensors and sometimes connects to a mobile app or computer. When an athlete gets into position and starts running, the device records every small detail of that moment. The coach can then see this information in charts or numbers to understand how well the athlete started.
