Foto del perfil de Aunty Home Cooking is a home-based kitchen in Puchong that cooks and delivers healthy, everyday Malaysian home food to families, kindergartens and workplaces across the Klang Valley. We are not a central production plant and we do not reheat frozen trays: every dish leaves our kitchen on the same morning it was cooked, packed while it is still warm, and driven out on a fixed route so it reaches you in time for lunch or dinner. The idea behind the business is simple. Most households in Puchong, Seri Kembangan, Subang Jaya, Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya and along Old Klang Road have two working adults, a long commute and very little appetite for cooking at 8pm. Ordering in every night is expensive and usually oily. Cooking from scratch takes an hour you do not have. A home-cooked meal delivery service sits exactly in between: the food you would have made yourself, without the shopping, the wok and the washing up. Plenty of places advertise healthy food. In our kitchen it comes down to three habits. We use a light hand with oil and finish dishes without drowning them in sauce, so you can still taste the vegetable or the fish underneath. We season with real aromatics – ginger, garlic, spring onion, soy, white pepper – instead of leaning on heavy stock powder. And we cook in small batches throughout the morning rather than one enormous pot at dawn, which is what keeps greens green instead of grey. That matters most for the people who eat our food every single day. Elderly parents watching blood pressure, children who are still forming their taste for real food, office workers who do not want to feel heavy at 3pm, and anyone who simply cannot face another fried takeaway. Balanced everyday eating is not about restriction – it is about a plate with rice, a vegetable and a protein, cooked properly, five days a week.
