    V Grooving Machine To meet the small radius requirement of elevator and high-end decoration industries, CNC V聽Grooving machine is mainly developed to make a V-shaped cut or channel along the surface of different metal sheets including stainless steel, ordinary steel, aluminum, copper. This cut along the fold line acts as a hinge, facilitating the bending of metal sheets to have a relatively small bending radius. The depth, width and angle of the cut or channel depends on how deep the blade of V Grooving machine get into the sheet and the shape of the blade.

    Blue Blue White鈥檚 horizontal v grooving machine is built with a big platform for easy sheets loading and unloading. The working principle is the blade carriers move left and right sitting on a beam with a double linear guide rail, high speed and precise gear racks, ball screws with large pitches, driven by a high torque servo motor and an imported star reducer. With聽the beam moving back and forth, the blade carrier reaches the whole sheet effectively and stably.
