She was polite, quick, and even double-checked everything so I wouldn’t run into more issues later. I felt taken care of instead of stressed out. It’s these small gestures that go a long way, especially when traveling. I didn’t expect this level of customer service from a budget airline. Columbus travelers are lucky to have such a responsive and helpful team on-site.
