Hello, I am Rupa Singh, Flight Experience Manager of HotAirBalloonInDubai, and I oversee the Ras Al Khaimah hot air balloon flights. From the reservation of morning flights to issuing guests with pre-flight drinks and safety briefings, I manage all aspects. I communicate with pilots, ground team members, and transport teams to coordinate pick-ups on time and to inspect equipment. During the flight, I offer aerial commentary, help facilitate photography shots, and ensure a smooth landing and return transfer.
