Hi, I’m Sneha, Guest Relations & Flight Support Specialist at HotAirBalloonInDubai. I make sure that each guest’s experience starts off with smooth booking support and precise communication. On the day of the flight, I arrange ground support to secure timely pick-ups and smooth transfers to the launch point. In-flight, I offer support during the flight, keeping guests comfortable and taking photos that they will treasure. After the flight, I am there during the disembarkation process, also taking the opportunity to collect valuable insights to continuously improve our services. My mission is to see that each guest gets to enjoy the wonder that is the desert around Dubai, as viewed from up high, effortlessly.
