I’m responsible for ensuring the jet car fleet meets mechanical and safety standards—checking engines, hull integrity, and emergency gear. I also supervise guest safety protocols: briefings, life wearing jackets, handling weather-related cancellations or delays. On tour days, I monitor guest comfort during the ride, ensure guides are responsive, and support the team to address any technical issues quickly so visitors can enjoy their high-speed water adventure with peace of mind.
