Sobha One World is an upcoming luxury residential township by Sobha Limited in Hoskote, East Bangalore, offering a modern lifestyle in a strategically connected location just around 5 minutes from NH 75. Planned across more than 300 acres, the township is being developed in phases, with Phase 1 introduced as Sobha One Residences, covering 48 acres across six RERA phases.
