2. Main Business Scope
Benefiting from our rich experience and a dedicated team of over 200 professionals, we have successfully provided services to more than 800 luxury retail stores across the APAC region. Our extensive localized network includes a strong presence in 40+ major cities in China. To date, we have partnered with more than 1,500+ stores .
(1) Project Management & General Contracting
We offer seamless project execution from design to construction, combining global expertise with local execution.

GC Construction: Involves general contracting for construction services, including building structures and overall construction management.
E&M Installation: Encompasses the installation of electrical and mechanical systems, including power, lighting, and other related equipment setups.
Reinstatement Works: End-of-lease dismantling, structural restoration, and deep cleaning to return commercial spaces to their original condition as per lease agreements.
Project | Image enhancement: Including floor renovation, artistic paint finish, and the provision of high-end furniture.
Project | LED Installation: Encompasses the installation of LED lighting systems, providing efficient and environmentally friendly lighting solutions for both indoor and outdoor spaces.

(2) Integrated Facility Management (FM) & Maintenance
We safeguard the perfect image and daily operations of over 1,000 luxury retail stores.

Routine & Reactive Maintenance: Fit-out repairs, HVAC maintenance, fire safety (FS) systems, and audio-visual (AV) system upkeep.
HVAC Installation: Encompasses the installation and tuning of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure comfortable and safe indoor environments.

(3) Digital Solutions: SSR Platform
We developed the SSR Integrated Facility Management Platform to revolutionize retail FM. It is an all-in-one digital portal offering deep operational analysis, transparent vendor tracking, and remote IoT monitoring of store assets.

Nationwide Certified Network Our frontline technicians hold multiple valid certifications (electrical, refrigeration, working at heights) under a «one technician, multiple certifications» strategy. All workers are covered by comprehensive commercial insurance to mitigate any on-site risks.
Strict Incident Response Protocol We categorize repairs by urgency. For «Top Urgent» incidents (e.g., severe water leakage, power outages endangering operations), we guarantee a 1-hour response time in Tier-1 cities and a 4-hour response in neighboring areas.
Multi-Tier Quality Control Our operations follow a strict PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle. Work orders undergo a three-tier internal quality gate involving Third-Party, Planner, and Regional Manager inspections.
HSE Management We conduct monthly Toolbox safety training and regular EHS audits for all personnel to ensure full compliance with the highest safety standards.
